杨文辉，英皇娱乐政府管理学院助理教授、研究员、博士生导师。研究领域为公共政策分析、中国政治、比较政治经济学等。主要聚焦于中国地方治理，探究地方治理制度和政策如何塑造微观个体的行为和激励，涉及议题包括地方人大、社会政策、产业与科技政策等。论文见于British Journal of Political Science, China Quarterly, Governance，Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization，Public Administration, Public Administration Review, World Development等期刊。
